By Grade

Under five goes by age. From kindergarten on, here is the ColorMyMath ladder by school grade, matched to the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework for Mathematics (2017). The order is ColorMyMath's, because it teaches the basics better: picture first, every direction both ways, speed last. Where it runs ahead of the state, a step says so and its standard is marked in black. Under each grade are the rest of that grade's Massachusetts standards, each with the game that teaches it.

3–4Before kindergarten ages 3 to 4

Under five goes by age, not grade. Counting to ten, one more and one less, making 2 to 5 and bigger or smaller: Massachusetts puts these in kindergarten; ColorMyMath starts them at three, with the picture first.
